OUR CONCEPT

We divided the spacious interior to create several eateries in one: an elegant main dining room, a private banquet room, a French bistro, a bar for pre-dinner or post-dinner drinks, and an outdoor terrace that has become a legendary summertime hangout.

Carré Blanc provides the atmosphere and food for all occasions. There is a guarantee that quality is never, ever compromised here. The sleek design of Carré Blanc has provided content for numerous Interiors Magazines. A more relaxed, but sophisticated setting would be difficult to find in Moscow. Meals are served with finesse and professionalism and can be accompanied by a top selection of fine wines from one of Moscow''s largest wine cellars. The menu, using French technique, is impressive. It is 100% western managed and has a secure and discreet ambience with respect for the customers’ privacy, whether it is friends enjoying a dinner or business partners meeting discreetly in a private setting.


We encourage our guests to use our complex like their own home. We try and create a friendly atmosphere from the moment you enter until the last goodbye.
